On the heels of the release of their brand new album, The Mountain, Gorillaz – Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett – have announced that the beloved virtual act will be returning to the stage for a fall tour of North America.
The trek – which will feature Albarn joined onstage by the Gorillaz live band and some very special guests – will kick-off in Orlando on Sept. 17 before making stops in Charlotte, Toronto, Detroit, and other great cities. There is a Chicago performance scheduled to take place at the United Center on Oct. 8 and the tour will conclude in Seattle on Oct. 31.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public beginning on Monday, March 9 at 10 a.m. local time and there are a variety of pre-sales running in the days ahead. Along with standard tickets, the tour will also offer a variety of VIP packages and experiences.
