Dave Matthews Concert For Charlottesville

The recent events in Charlottesville, VA have prompted a handful of top-tier artists to come together for a mega one-off concert event. Charlottesville natives Dave Matthews Band will host the event in their hometown joined by The Alabama Shakes’ Brittany Howard, Kentucky rockers Cage the Elephant and more.

The Concert For Charlottesville will take place on Sunday, Sept. 24 at University of Virginia‘s Scott Stadium in Charlottesville. There is also the promise of additional “special guests.”

Tickets for the Concert For Charlottesville will be free for members of the Charlottesville and UVA communities via an online request process but a donation to the “Concert for Charlottesville Fund” at the Charlottesville Area Community Foundation is highly encouraged.
