Jenny Lewis announces new album and tour

Christmas came early for music fans as the always amazing Jenny Lewis has revealed her plans to release a new album, On The Line, in 2019. New music from Lewis is the gift that keeps on giving as she has also announced that she will be touring in support of the release.

On The Line is due out in spring of 2019 via Warner Bros. Records and features 11 brand-new songs written and performed by Lewis who is backed by a band of bonafide legends. Beck, Benmont Tench, Don Was, Jim Keltner, Ringo Starr and Ryan Adams all make appearances on the album.

Lewis will be kicking-off her U.S. tour in Bloomington, IL on March, 26, 2019 before making stops in St. Paul, Chicago, Nashville and more. The tour will conclude on May 26 at the House of Blues in San Diego.

On The Line is the highly anticipated follow-up to Lewis’ 2014 album The Voyager which featured such hits as “She’s Not Me,” “Just One of the Guys” and “The Voyager.” As a solo artist, her previously released albums also include Rabbit Fur Coat and Acid Tongue.

Tickets for Lewis’ 2019 tour will go on sale to the general public on Friday, Dec. 7 at 10 a.m. local time. More information can be found at www.jennylewis.com.
