Clusterfest has just released its highly anticipated lineup for 2019. Topping the bill for the three-day festival are comedians Patton Oswalt, Issa Rae & John Mulaney.
Clusterfest 2019 will take place June 21-23 at San Francisco’s Civic Center Plaza and Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. This year marks the third anniversary of the festival extravaganza, which continues to push the limits of entertainment with a diverse lineup of top-tier and up-and-coming talents in the world of music and comedy.
Joining the above-mentioned comedians — Oswalt, Rae and Mulaney — on this year’s bill are Ilana Glazer, Leslie Jones, Chelsea Peretti, Tig Notaro, Sinbad, Whitney Cummings, Anthony Jeselnik, Todd Barry, Rory Scovel, Amanda Seales, Nick Thune, Chris Redd, Chris Distefano, Nicole Byer, Fortune Feimster, Guy Branum, Jonathan Van Ness & Friends and the podcast Lovett or Leave It.
On the music front, The Roots, Courtney Barnett, Girl Talk, Big Freedia and Japanese Breakfast are slated to perform sets over the course of the weekend. Attendees looking for a musical comedy blend can check out performances from Craig Robinson & The Nasty Delicious and Dan Finerty & The Dan Band.
Other notable performances at this year’s Clusterfest include Scott Aukerman, who will host a live open-door Comedy Bang! Bang! show and then pair up with Adam Scott for a live rendition of R U Talkin’ R.E.M. RE: Me? Fans can also look forward to the weekly true crime comedy podcast My Favorite Murder as well as Roast Battles with Jeff Ross. Additionally, there will be a live reading of Romy & Michele’s High School Reunion with drag queens Trixie Mattel, Katya and Peaches Christ.
Last year’s Clusterfest headliners were Jon Stewart, Amy Schumer and Trevor Noah while 2017 featured Sarah Silverman, Kevin Hart, Bill Burr and Jerry Seinfeld.
Clusterfest is a joint venture from Comedy Central, Bonnaroo founders Superfly and Outside Lands co-producer Another Planet Entertainment. Tickets for this year’s fest go on sale Monday, March 11 at noon CST at www.clusterfest.com.
