The Black Crowes announce Shake Your Money Maker 2020 World Tour

Black Crowes Shake Your Money Maker Tour

Chris and Rich Robinson have announced that they are reuniting as The Black Crowes in honor of the thirtieth anniversary of their incomparable debut album, Shake Your Money Maker. This is huge for fans as the Robinsons have not played a show together since 2013 at which point they swore they would never play or speak together again.

Kicking off the Shake Your Money Maker World Tour on June 17 in Austin, TX, the band of brothers will make its way across North America throughout the summer with a stop scheduled at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre in Tinley Park on Aug. 15. “Jealous Again,” “Twice As Hard” and “She Talks To Angels” are among the Shake Your Money Maker singles to be performed on the tour as will the group’s ever-popular cover of “Hard to Handle.”

Chris Robinson said in a statement, “I’m thrilled and blessed to be playing with my brother celebrating the music we’ve made and bringing our lives together full circle. Long live Rock n’ Roll and The Black Crowes!”

Rich Robinson added, “First and foremost, I’m really happy to have my brother back in my life. To be able to play music again together and celebrate the first record we made as kids, is a gift. To have these songs stand up after 30 years is something I could’ve never fathomed.”

Since The Black Crowes split-up in 2013, Chris Robinson has been keeping busy with the Chris Robinson Brotherhood and As The Crow Flies. Rich Robinson has been touring and recording as a solo artist as well as with The Magpie Salute.
