Riot Fest has landed one of the biggest gets of the 2020 festival season as it has been announced that My Chemical Romance will headline the three-day festival when it takes over Chicago’s Douglas Park on Sept. 11-13.

The recently reunited emo-punk legends – comprised of Gerard Way, Ray Toro, Mikey Way and Frank Iero – also just revealed the itinerary for a full reunion tour, their first in nine years. The group’s comeback shows in Los Angeles this past December sold out almost immediately and also received critical acclaim.

In recent years, Riot Fest has become the go-to festival for fans seeking reunited rockers. From Bikini Kill’s headlining spot in 2019 to the Misfits’ epic return to Chicago in 2016, reunion sets have been among the festival’s best.

A limited number of Riot Fest 3-day passes are available starting at $139.98 ahead of the full lineup announcement which will be revealed in the spring.
