Comedian Jerrod Carmichael is returning to HBO to release his new stand-up special, Jerrod Carmichael: Rothaniel, on Friday, April 1 at 9 p.m. ET.
The special, taped in February at the Blue Note Jazz Club in New York City, will also be available to stream on HBO Max on April 1. Bo Burnham serves as the show’s director and the special is executive produced by Carmichael, Burnham, Eli Bush, Matthew Vaughan and Josh Senior.
This is the third HBO stand-up special for Carmichael whose Jerrod Carmichael: Love at the Store was released in 2014 and Jerrod Carmichael: 8 was released in 2017. The comedian also aired his two-part video diary “Home Videos” and “Sermon on the Mount” on HBO back in 2019.
