LL Cool J tops the F.O.R.C.E. Live North American Summer Tour

Rock the Bells

Rock the Bells and Live Nation Urban have joined forces to present the F.O.R.C.E. (Frequencies of Real Creative Energy) Live North American Summer Tour. LL Cool J tops the bill in what is his first headline arena tour in 30 years.

The Roots, DJ Jazzy Jeff and DJ Z-Trip will be on hand for all performances for the collaborative concert experience. The show is said to be a “nonstop musical mash up” as performances will be continuous with The Roots serving as the backup band. Salt-N-Pepa, Queen Latifah, Rakim, Common, Slick Rick, Method Man & Redman and many more acts will perform at select dates of the tour.

“I’m excited to be on my first Arena tour in 30 years. It’s proof that our culture is more viable than ever. Get ready for some non stop beats and rhymes. See you this summer!,” said LL Cool J in a statement.

The F.O.R.C.E. Live North American Summer Tour will kick-off on June 25 in Boston before traveling through New York, Toronto, Baltimore and other great cities. There is a Chicago show scheduled to take place at the United Center on Aug. 13 and the tour will conclude in Los Angeles on Sept. 3. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, April 28 at 10 a.m. local time.
