NFL player Rob Gronkowski is taking a break from the field for a special night on the stage. The New England Patriots’ tight end is going “full Gronk” in a new hour-long comedy special for Showtime, which premieres tonight (Jan. 5) at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT.

Unsportsmanlike Comedy with Rob Gronkowski was taped on July 21 at Showcase Live in Foxborough, MA. The forthcoming special sees the tight end in the hosting position, joined by a team of five very well known names in the world of stand-up comedy.

Among those performing sets are former Saturday Night Live cast member Finesse Mitchell, Me Being Me comedian Jay Larson, Boston legend Lenny Clarke and Blue Collar Comedy: The Next Generation comics Juston McKinney & John Caparulo,
