In a few days, Grammy-nominated artist Matisyahu will be hitting the road for his new Strength To Strength Tour. The Jewish American rapper-singer will bring his eclectic sounds to fans across the country, joined by fellow reggae artist Stephen Marley.

Matisyahu and Marley’s Strength To Strength Tour kicks off on May 30 with a performance in Houston, TX. The duo will make two more stops in The Lone Star State prior to heading north for shows in St. Louis, Minneapolis and Chicago, where they will perform at Highland Park’s Ravinia. Detroit, MI, Columbus, OH and Atlantic City, NJ are also on the docket, as is Baltimore, MD, where the two will conclude the tour at the city’s Concerts at the Port.

“I started tour last fall in somewhat of a fallen, broken place with the Broken Crowns tour, then I entered into the unknown of the forest with faith in the Forest of Faith Tour and come out of it having found my strength, I am now going from strength to strength in my summer Strength To Strength Tour,” said Matisyahu in a statement. “The names of the tours for me are truly a reflection of where I am spiritually and right now and I am feeling strong and confident.”

Matisyahu released his latest album Undercurrent in 2017 via Thirty Tigers and his own label Fallen Sparks. The album (view “the making of” here) marks the followup to 2014’s Akeda and showcases the artist’s thought-provoking style and improvisational inclinations. Marley released the second part to his Revelation album series, The Fruit of Life, back in 2016 and, more recently, was featured on the track “Circle of Peace” on brother Ziggy Marley’s new album Rebellion Rises.
