David Letterman’s talk show My Next Guest Needs No Introduction will be returning to Netflix at the end of the month. Season 2 of the popular VOD series will consist of six episodes, all slated to drop at once on the service on May 31.

Each episode of My Next Guest Needs No Introduction sees Letterman in conversation with a different special guest, though the list of names for Season 2 has not yet been released. Season 1 featured a slew of interesting personalities including Barack Obama, George Clooney, Malala Yousafzai, Jay-Z, Tina Fey, Howard Stern and Jerry Seinfeld — the lattermost who flipped the show’s script and interviewed Letterman in a behind-the-scenes episode.

My Next Guest Needs No Introduction initially premiered on Netflix in January of 2018, marking Letterman’s first television project since his departure from The Late Show in 2015. The late night talk show host has since kept a pretty low profile, though he did make an appearance on Season 1 of Norm MacDonald Has a Show, also on Netflix.

My Next Guest Needs No Introduction is exec produced by Lydia Tenaglia, Chris Collins, Sandy Zweig and Chris Cechin-De la Rosa for Zero Point Zero Productions as well as Tom Keaney and Mary Barclay for Letterman’s production company Worldwide Pants.
