Alicia Keys announces highly-anticipated World Tour

Alicia Keys

One may think that preparing to host the Grammy Awards on Jan. 26 would keep Alicia Keys busy, but the incomparable artist has announced that she is also working on a new album which will be supported by a world tour.

Dubbed Alicia, the seventh studio album from Keys is set to be released on March 20 via RCA records with presales beginning on Jan. 24. Alicia – The World Tour will follow with the singer-songwriter sharing new material as well as her greatest hits with fans in such great cities as London, Paris, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Chicago – where she will perform at Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island on Aug. 25 – and more.

The tour is said to feature a special multi-media, artistic experience each night while her new single “Underdog” has already received critical acclaim. As if that wasn’t enough, Keys is also releasing her new book, More Myself, on March 31 via Flatiron Publishing.

American Express card members will have access to a tour presale beginning today and running through Sunday, Jan. 26. A general public sale will begin on Monday, Jan. 27 at 9 a.m. local time.
