After a long, dormant year of darkness due to the pandemic, bright lights and loud music were once again seen and heard at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre in Tinley Park on Aug. 5, 2021. The excitement from fans was amplified exponentially as 3 Doors Down – with support from Seether – served as the masters of ceremonies to welcome rock’s return to the Live Nation venue.

The come back of concerts wasn’t the only reason to celebrate as 3 Doors Down – Brad Arnold, Chris Henderson, Greg Upchurch, Chet Roberts and Justin Biltonen – performed their iconic 2000 album, The Better Life, in its entirety in honor of the 20^th anniversary of its release. As such, “Kryptonite” served as a crowd-pleasing set-opener. The group proceeded to play The Better Life tracklist, song by song, before sharing a few more hits from their career.
