Watch the trailer for Patton Oswalt’s Netflix special ‘Annihilation’

Patton Oswalt’s new stand-up special Annihilation, announced only last month, debuts on Netflix this upcoming Tuesday. Likewise, the streaming giant released a short trailer earlier this week. Check out the brief but hilarious clip above.

As can be seen in the above trailer, there will be no shortage of political humor in Oswalt’s new hour-long special. In the 84-second clip, the comedian can be heard cracking jokes about white genocide, the 2016 election and, not surprisingly, Donald Trump, whom he refers to as a racist scrotum dipped in Cheeto dust.

Oswalt’s newest hour-long marks the followup to his 2016 award-winning special Talking for Clapping. The new special was directed by Bobcat Goldthwait and filmed at Chicago’s Athenaeum Theatre during the A.V. Club’s fourth annual 26th Annual Comedy Festival back in June.

On a more personal note, Oswalt’s latest will also reportedly see the comic reflecting on the tragic death of his wife Michelle McNamara, who passed away in April of 2016, shortly before the release of the aforementioned Talking for Clapping.

Netflix subscribers can catch Patton Oswalt: Annihilation, premiering on the service Tuesday, Oct. 17.
