Fans already enjoy laughing along with Danny Jolles thanks to his roles in popular shows like Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Ramy and The Joel McHale Show, but they will have a whole new reason to love him as his debut comedy special Six Parts is set to be released on March 23 via 800 Pound Gorilla.
The hour-long show will be available on YouTube, Amazon Prime and as an audio comedy album everywhere comedy is streamed and sold.
Rather than committing to one stage, Jolles filmed Six Parts at six unique venues across Los Angeles on six different nights. A gym, barbershop and surf shop are among the locations Jolles visited for the special which was filmed pre-pandemic.
“Doesn’t matter where you are, set up an amp and a mic and there can be an incredible comedy show. Different crowd sizes, different lighting, and different topics. If you hand me a mic and give me a crowd, I can put on a show,” said Jolles in a statement.
