David Lynch’s Festival of Disruption is returning again this year with another stellar lineup. Among the many notable names performing the festival, which takes place Oct. 14-15 at the Ace Hotel in Los Angeles, are Bon Iver, Moby and Reggie Watts.

Bon Iver is onboard to perform a musical set at the festival, as is comedian Reggie Watts, who is known to tour with his band Karen from time to time. TV on the Radio, The Kills, Sharon Van Etten and Laura Marling will also perform sets. Moby and famed street artist Shepard Fairey are slated to perform DJ sets at the two-day festival.

Kristine McKenna will be on-hand at the 2017 rendition of Festival of Disruption to host talks with comedian Pete Holmes, Lost Highway actor Bill Pullman, artist Ed Ruscha and Twin Peaks collaborators Duwayne Dunham, Dean Hurley, Johanna Ray, Gary D’Amico and Sheryl Lee aka Laura Palmer.

Festival of Disruption, which will donate all net proceeds to the David Lynch Foundation to help teach transcendental meditation to at-risk population, will also host screenings of the aforementioned Lynch feature Lost Highway, Thom Andersen’s documentary Los Angeles Plays Itself, Don’t Look At Me and some “Rare David Lynch Shorts.” Lastly there will be meditation incorporating Brian Eno and Bob Roth and exhibits by William Eggleston and Lynch himself.

The announcement of Lynch’s second annual Festival of Disruption comes on the heals of the recent return of Twin Peaks on Showtime… which has certainly more than delivered.
